Please plan to arrive anytime on Thursday Nov. 2nd & be ready for Friday’s breakfast & Briefing.
Weekend Schedule:
Thursday: -Arrival Day / 6pm Dinner at restaurant in Katy, Tx (Texas Tradition Restaurant)
Friday : -Breakfast at Henriksen Jet Center FBO at 0800 followed by Brief & Formation Flights
-Lunch at KLBX Airport followed by Brief & Formation Flights
-Dinner at restaurant in Katy (Rudy’s BBQ)
Saturday: -Breakfast at Avalair Hangar followed by Brief & Formation Flights
-Lunch (Catered) at Avalair Hangar followed by Brief & Formation Flights
-Dinner (Fajita Dinner) at the Hangar
Sunday: -Breakfast at 0800 at the Avalair Hangar followed by Brief & Formation Flights
-Lunch at Avalair Hangar / Departures
Note: The airport will extend a cost+ fuel rate for all participants (currently at $5.04/gal)
