Lunch:  Redbarn Cafe (walking distance from Airport). CASH ONLY (no CC’s or Debit Cards)

Dinner:  Downtown Sulphur Springs at your expense

 

Thursday May 26

0700 – 0800:  Breakfast at the Hangar

0800 – 1200:  Flight Briefing / Formation Flights

1200 – 1300:  Lunch in the Hangar

1300 – 1700:  Flight Briefing / Formation Flights

1800 – 2200:  Fajita’s in the Hangar

 

Friday May 27

0700 – 0800:  Breakfast at the Hangar

0800 – 1200:  Flight Briefing / Formation Flights

1200 – 1300:  Lunch in the Hangar

1300 – 1700:  Flight Briefing / Formation Flights

1500 – 1600:  Optional Tour of American Legend Aircraft Company (at KSLR)

1800 – 2200:  Dinner at Roma’s Italian Restaurant/Bar

 

Saturday May 28

0700 – 0800:  Breakfast at the Hangar

0800 – 1200:  Flight Briefing / Formation Flights

0900 – 1130:  Formation Flight to KOSA to tour Mid America Flight Museum

1200 – 1300:  Lunch in the Hangar

1300 – 1800:  Flight Briefing / Formation Flights

1800 – 2200:  Texas BBQ in the Hangar

 

Sunday May 29

0700 – 0800:  Breakfast at the Hangar

0800 – 1200:  Flight Briefing / Formation/Photo Flight / Departures

1200 – 1300:  Lunch in the Hangar

 

*** Aerobatic Box will be Available *** (working to line up an ACE)

$200 Member Spouse/Significant Others

$450 Non-Member guests

 

Professional Aviation Photographer (Gary Daniels) & Professional Videographer

(Erik Johnston) will attend and all images will be complimentary.
