cancelled the bus tour due to COVID-19.

The Annual Convention will be held at Nasa Kennedy Space Center this year in Florida with many exciting things planned for
Sunday, November 8th, 2020

Debus Conference Center, KSC Visitor Complex
Agenda:
• Group arrives by 9:30am
• All guests will have to go through security at the turnstiles
• Private room-set up in rounds- up to 55 guests can be accommodated
• Meeting: 10am-12noon
• Lunch buffet in same room from: 12:00pm-1:00pm
• 1:10pm-private bus will be staged near the meeting space for a private bus tour

Bus tour is 2.5 hours and will consist of seeing the launch pads, launch control center,guests will not be able to enter inside of these facilities. They can take photos, they will have a tour guide on board that will talk about the areas as you pass them. The group will then visit the Apollo Saturn V Center, here your guests will get off of the bus, and see the 363’ moon rocket. At the end of the tour, the bus driver will drop off your group back at the Visitor Complex in front of the Atlantis, Home of the last shuttle flown in space. At this point the group will be on their own to enjoy the rest of the exhibits at their leisure.
The registration fee will ($350.00) per person for the which includes:
Landing at Cape Canaveral (must buy 150 gal of Jet A) Jets or Warbirds only !!!!

Mentorship – Are you new to the Jet Warbird community and looking to learn more about the people, the planes, and get to know others who enjoy aviation the way you do? The CJAA Jet Blast is the best place to meet like-minded pilots and become part of our fraternity.
Formation Training – The Jet Blast is an excellent training environment for FAST – Formation and Safety Team. We will have briefs, designated airspace, and a flight schedule to assist in getting you the best formation training offered in the Southeast. There will be many lead and instructor pilots at the event who are ready to mentor you as a formation pilot. Join us to learn the art of formation training or just dust the rust off your old formation skills. Safety and proficiency is emphasized from the briefs through the debriefs. We will have check pilots at the event if you are ready for a FAST checkride.
The fun doesn’t stop after the planes are in the chocks. We have evening events that highlight the fun from our flying which gives you plenty of time to hangar fly and catch up with old friends.

Please plan on arriving during normal business hours for the FBO in order to access your rental car and exit the airport.

Jet Blast operations will be based on taxiway F on the west side of runway 18/36.
